Lil Za Charged With Three Felonies

Xavier Smith, aka Lil Za, has been charged with three felonies. TMZ reports, the L.A. District Attorney's Office has decided to charge 'Za with 2 counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, Ecstasy and Oxycodone, and 1 count of felony vandalism for allegedly breaking a jailhouse phone.

Lil Za was arrested earlier this month after cops, who were performing a raid on Justin Bieber's house, found drugs in his area of the pop singer's home. Upon his release, 'Za was arrested again after he "flipped out" and smashed a phone in the jailhouse.

 The rapper faces up to nine years in jail, if he is convicted on all three counts. A court hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 4, 2014 and 'Za is expected to appear.

Vincent Hubert has been slapped with a $3 million tax lien. According to Radar Online, the IRS is demanding that the music executive pay $3, 325, 107.70 in back taxes. That breaks down to $66, 315.30 for 2010, $2,267, 845.97 for 2011 and $990, 946.43 for 2013.

Tamar just released her debut album, Love & War, and Vincent is a songwriter, record producer and record executive. Some of the acts he has been associated with include Lady Gaga, Mindless Behavior, and Destiny Child.

Ramona Singer has filed for divorce from her husband, Mario Singer. The "Real Housewives of New York" star, has filed legal docs stating that the marriage is irretrievably broken. The couple were married for 22 years and have an 18-year-old daughter, Avery.

Ramona's divorce petition comes less than a week after the couple were involved in a domestic dispute.

Justin Bieber Charged With Criminal Assault in Toronto

Justin Bieber is accused of assaulting a limo driver in Toronto. The assault reportedly occurred after the limo driver picked up a group of 6 people that included the 19-year-old pop singer from a nightclub.

In a statement, Toronto police said an altercation occurred between one of the passengers and the limo driver during a trip to a hotel. "In the course of the altercation, the driver was struck in the back of the head several times." By the time police arrived, the man who hit the driver had left the scene.

Bieber was charged with one count of assault after turning himself in to Toronto police. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 10.


This marks Justin's second arrest this week. He was previously arrested for DUI and drag racing in Miami last Thursday.

Apollo Nida...Bail Conditions Require Him To Surrender Passport And Actively Seek Employment

Apollo Nida, husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks, faces strict bail conditions; as a result, of his arrest on bank fraud and identity theft charges.

According to Nida's conditions of release, detailed in court documents obtained by Radar Online, Nida is required to report to a probation officer and surrender his passport. He may leave the Atlanta area only if officials approve the trip in advance and appoint a supervisor to accompany him. In addition, Apollo must actively seek employment and refrain from using drugs and drinking alcohol.

If Apollo violates any of these conditions, he will immediately be placed in jail.

Nida's first court appearance is scheduled for February 12, 2014. He was released on a pretrial bond of $25,000 on January 23, 2014.

Kanye West has reportedly settled with the 18-year-old man that berated his fiancée Kim Kardashian outside of a Beverly Hills doctor's office. TMZ reports, The 18-year-old, who Kanye is accused of punching in the face, has accepted a civil settlement of more than $250,000.  The teen is said to be satisfied with the settlement and as of now has no desire to pursue criminal prosecution.

The Los Angeles County D.A. Office has not decided if they will charge Kanye with battery.

Update: Kanye West will not be prosecuted for battery. The L.A. County District Attorney's Office has declined to prosecute the rapper since 1) West and the 18-year-old victim have reached a "civil compromise" and 2) the victim has become uncooperative and refuses to speak to prosecutors.

"Jerseylicious" Star Tracy DiMarco's Husband, Corey Epstein, Arrested In Drug Bust

Tracy DiMarco's husband, Corey Epstein, was arrested in Staten Island for allegedly selling drugs to undercover officers. Corey, who starred alongside his wife, Tracy DiMarco, on the reality tv show, "Jerseylicious," is accused of selling 3 Oxycodone pills to an undercover officer in front of his New Springville home.

NY Post reports, the 23-year-old was one of 21 arrests made in Staten Island during "Operation Silent Hill," a long-term investigation that uncovered a wide network of criminals who were peddling their narcotics across the state of Staten Island, according to Staten Island District Attorney, Daniel Donovan.


So far, no word on what charges Epstein faces.


Tracy and Corey were married in September 2013. The ceremony was filmed for an upcoming episode of "Jerseylicious."

"RHONY" Star Ramona Singer Involved In Domestic Dispute With Husband Mario Singer

Ramona Singer, "The Real Housewives of New York" star, was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, Mario Singer. The estranged couple, who have not yet filed for divorce, were both at their Southampton home when the incident occurred.

According to the NY Post, Ramona became upset when she entered the home and noticed that Mario was there with his girlfriend, Kasey Dexter. Ramona reportedly "threw a fit and called the cops" and when officers arrived, she accused Mario of choking her. However, sources deny that there was any physical contact.

Cops left the home after declining Ramona's offer of a glass of wine. Charges were not pressed.


NY Post has not yet confirmed the report with the Singers.

Updated: Phaedra Parks' Husband, Apollo Nida, Charged With Bank Fraud And Identity Theft

Apollo Nida, husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks, has been charged with bank fraud and identity theft. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Nida surrendered to authorities after a complaint was filed by the U.S. District Attorney's Office in Atlanta on Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Gerrilyn G. Bell released Nida on a pretrial bond of $25,000.

Apollo is no stranger to the legal system. In 2004, he was convicted of racketeering and was paroled in 2009 after serving 5 of his 18-year sentence.


No word on if Phaedra will serve as legal counsel in this case.

Update: The complaint procured by Atlanta Journal Constitution, details that Alexandre Herrera, a U.S. Secret Service Agent with the Counterfeit and Treasury Squad, in a written affidavit charged that:

Nida created fake companies, enabling him to access databases to find individuals to rip off. He opened fake bank accounts under those real names and funneled stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds into those accounts.

Former NFL star, Terrell "T.O." Owens, is a married man. On Thursday, T.O. married postal worker, Rachel Snider at a Norwalk, CA., courthouse. According to RadarOnline, the two tied the knot in front of one witness. Both opted to wear blue for the ceremony.

 

This is the first marriage for Owens, 40 and Snider, 33. The two have no children together.


Update: Owens' new bride is ready to pull the plug on her two week marriage to the former NFL player.

Snider tells TMZ, she believes that Terrell only married her for her money. She claims that Owens used her so he could get a loan on a home for $2 million.

Updated: Mary J Blige's Father In Critical Condition After Domestic Dispute With Ex-Girlfriend

Mary J Blige's father, Thomas Blige, is in critical condition after being stabbed by his ex-girlfriend. Police state that they were called to the Battle of Arbors Creek, an apartment complex, where they found Blige in his apartment with three stab wounds including one to the neck. The 63-year-old was transported to the Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Mich., where he is said to have undergone surgery. 

 

According to USA Today, Blige's former girlfriend was arrested on the charge of assault with intent to murder. She is expected to be arraigned on Friday.

 

This is not the first time cops have been called to Blige's residence. Police have handled seven domestic violence complaints involving the former couple, including an incident where Blige was reportedly hit over the head with a glass candlestick.

Update: Thomas Blige's ex-girlfriend has been identified as Cheryl Ann-White. White is being held on a $500,000 bond. She claims she acted in self-defense.

Justin Bieber was arrested Thursday morning for DUI and a slew of other charges. The 19-year-old popstar was in Miami when police stopped him for drag racing in a residential neighborhood (He was reportedly driving 55-60 mph in a 30 mph area). According to the police report, when cops approached Bieber's car they noticed that he smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He had a "stupor" look on his face.

Updated: Young Jeezy Arrested For Allegedly Obstructing Police Officers

Young Jeezy was arrested in Georgia for allegedly obstructing police officers. It's reported that after cops responded to an alarm at his girlfriend's house, Jeezy became uncooperative and refused to identify himself. When police officers asked for his name and id, he yelled "f**k you, I ain't telling you." He also attempted to pull away from cops while they were handcuffing him.

Jeezy was arrested and booked at Fulton County Jail.

Updated: Suge Knight... Arrest Warrant Issued For Failing To Appear In Court

Suge Knight is in trouble with the law again. A judge just issued a bench warrant for the rapper's arrest for failing to appear in court. TMZ was the first to report, that in September Suge was arrested for driving without license plates. When officers pulled him over they discovered that he had a bench warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear in another case. He was then arrested, released and ordered to appear in court today.

Since Suge was "missing in action," a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Bail has been set at $26,000.

Update: Suge appeared in court Thursday and accepted a plea deal, he received 24 months probation and must pay a small fine.

Updated: Ying Yang Twins Rapper, Deongelo Holmes, Arrested For Punching His Wife

Deongelo Holmes, a member of the rap duo Ying Yang Twins, was arrested for punching his wife in the head. Porsche Holmes alleges that back in November the rapper punched her in the head so hard that "she got a big bump over her eye."

TMZ reports, authorities in GA have charged Deongelo with "family violence" and two counts of simple battery.

Holmes was released on bond after agreeing to stay away from his wife.

Update: Deongelo Holmes plead no contest to domestic violence. He was placed on probation for one year, sentenced to community service, and must attend a family violence program. He is to refrain from drugs and alcohol and not engage in any violent contact with his wife.

He also spent one day in jail.


Updated: Former NFL Player Darren Sharper Arrested On Suspicion Of Rape

Former NFL player and five-time pro-bowler, Darren Sharper, was arrested Friday on suspicion of rape. TMZ reports, the 38-year-old is accused of committing two sexual assaults, one in October 2013 and one in January 2014. So far, the identities of the two victims have not been released.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept's website, Darren was released on $200,000 bail and charged with a felony.


Update: The NFL Network has suspended Sharper without pay from his current job as an analyst. In a statement issued to PFT/NBC Sports,"Darren has been suspended without pay until further notice, effective immediately." "Regarding the charges, as a matter of policy, we don’t comment on pending legal action."

Darren insists that he is not a rapist and the sexual encounter was consensual (they "hooked up" after meeting at a night club). Sharper claims to only know the identity of one of his accusers. As for the other one woman, he believes she is making the accusation up.

Justin Bieber has been charged with felony vandalism. He is accused of throwing at least a dozen eggs at his neighbor's home resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage.

According to the CA Penal Code, an individual is guilty of vandalism if he/she commits one of the following acts to any real/personal property that is not his/her own:
(1) Defaces with graffiti or other inscribed material.
(2) Damages.
(3) Destroys.

Justin Bieber's best friend, Lil Za, was arrested again today. This time for vandalism.

 

According to TMZ, the rapper was minutes away from posting bail on his drug possession charge when he "flipped out" and smashed a phone in the jailhouse. 'Za was immediately re-booked for vandalism. 

 

Just this morning, Lil Za was arrested for drug possession after police officers performed a search of Bieber's residence and found drugs lying "in plain view."

Justin Bieber is accused of vandalizing his next door neighbor's house. The L.A. County Sheriff Department held a press conference today and announced that Bieber is being charged with felony vandalism, due to an incident last week, where the singer reportedly threw at least a dozen eggs at his neighbor's home.

According to the Sheriff's Dept, the incident rose to a felony because the amount of damage caused by the singer exceeds $400. It is reported that a dozen cops arrived at Justin's residence to collect evidence related to the incident.The singer is said to have been cooperative during the search.

Detective Dave Thompson states, "there was an extensive amount of damage done and they [the Dept] take this very seriously." Bieber has not yet given a statement.


Update: Justin Bieber's best friend, Lil Za, was arrested for drug possession after a search of Bieber's residence yielded drugs. Officials say Bieber is not "connected"to the drugs.

Ciara Is Pregnant

Ciara is pregnant. The 28-year-old singer confirmed the news today on the talk show, "The View." When asked by Barbara Walters if the pregnancy rumors were true, Ciara stood up and opened her coat revealing her pregnant belly.

This is the first child for Ciara and the fourth child for her fiancé Future. The couple became engaged in October 2013. No word yet on when the baby is due.

Ashlee Simpson, 29, is engaged to actor, Evan Ross, 25. The singer revealed the news via Twitter earlier today. "My baby love and I are ENGAGED!!!" Simpson tweeted. "Hallelujah Hawaii!!!!!." She also shared a photo of the couple showing off her engagement ring.

This will be the second marriage for Simpson, who was previously married to Fall Out Boy bassist and songwriter, Pete Wentz, and the first marriage for Evan.

The two reportedly began dating in July 2013.

Kanye West is an official suspect in a battery investigation that occurred today in Beverly Hills.

According to TMZ, West allegedly punched an 18-year-old man, who hurled racial slurs at him and berated his fiancée Kim Kardashian. The site reports that Kim was walking into a doctor's office when she was surrounded by paparazzi. As the 18-year-old man tried to help Kim enter the building, he began screaming, "F**k these fa**ot-a** n*****s" at the paparazzi.

News of the nuptials broke after Pam was spotted showing off her wedding ring at Sean Penn's Help Haiti Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

The 26-year old actress and 33-year-old retired NHL player married in August 2010 after dating for more than two years. The couple welcomed a son, Luca Cruz Comrie, in March 2012.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have placed their martial home on the market. The home located in Tarzana, CA was originally built in 2003 and boasts an impressive seven "en-suite" bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a theater. The couple originally purchased the 8,000-square-foot home in 2009 for $3.95 million. According to real estate site Trulia, the estranged couple have officially listed the home for $5.49 million.

News of the sale comes just weeks after Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar citing "irreconcilable differences.”

Update: Newlyweds Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have reportedly purchased the property for $5.49 million.

"Fashion Police" co-host, Kelly Osbourne, and her fiancé Matthew Mosshart have ended their engagement. Osbourne's rep confirms to USWeekly

"Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement," says the rep in a statement. "The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."

The two began dating is 2011 and became engaged in July 2013.

Update: Kelly tells E! News that she and Matthew mutually decided to end their relationship. Although, they love each other very much, it just wasn't the right time for them. She adds: "We're still really, really good friends. It's just that we're not living in the same house. There's no dramatic story."

Chris Brown Rejects Plea Deal In D.C. Assault Case

Chris Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, both rejected a plea deal in their simple assault case where they are each accused of hitting a man outside a D.C. club. 

The singer and his bodyguard were initially charged with felony assault, but the charge was dropped to simple assault after they each spent two days in jail. NBC4Washington reports, Brown has not entered a plea and faces up to 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine if he is convicted.

Chris is expected back in court on February 20th. His attorney has requested that the singer not be required to appear.

Emily Maynard Is Engaged To Tyler Johnson

Emily Maynard from the ABC show, "The Bachelorette," is engaged to Tyler Johnson. Maynard confirms to US Weekly, Johnson proposed on Jan. 4 with five studded-diamond rings. The couple met months before Maynard appeared on "The Bachelorette," but didn't start dating until after she broke up with Jef Holm. This will be the first marriage for both.

Emily was previously engaged to Bachelorette winner Jef Holm, Bachelor Brad Womack and the late NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick.

Updated: Young Jeezy Arrested In GA For Battery, Terroristic Threats, And False Imprisonment

Rapper Young Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta for battery, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats against his son. TMZ reports,

Jeezy got into a fight with his son in a bathroom and pushed him into a glass shower door. Then Jeezy is said to have allegedly punched his son in the face and dragged him across the bedroom floor. The incident report goes to say when his son tried to escape, he was blocked by the rapper's bodyguard. Jeezy's son says that Jeezy also choked him and said, "I will put a bullet through your head" and "If I could get away with it, I would kill you."

Young Jeezy turned himself in on Friday and was released on $45,000 bond. The incident occurred September 2012. Jeezy' son, Jadarius, was 16 at the time.

Ludacris' Baby Mother, Tamika Fuller, Demands Car In Child Support Case

The child support case between Ludacris and Tamika Fuller is anything, but drama free. It's reported that in September, Ludacris filed legal docs in GA asking a judge to issue a gag order in his child support case against Tamika.

 

According to TMZ, Ludacris argued that the order was necessary because Tamika demanded he give her a car and pay $7,500 for her lawyer's retainer or she would go public with the fact he fathered her child. The judge ultimately denied his request.

This story has more twists and turns than a soap opera.

MMA fighter, Tito Ortiz, 38, was arrested on Jan. 6 for misdemeanor DUI. Ortiz was driving on the 405 Freeway near Santa Monica when according to California Highway Patrol, "he lost control of his vehicle and struck a concrete center median." He was given a breathalyzer test where he registered .12. The legal limit in California is .08.

California DUI Law states that:
 (a) It is unlawful for a person who is under the influence of any alcoholic beverage to drive a vehicle.
 (b) It is unlawful for a person who has 0.08 percent or more, by weight, of alcohol in his or her blood to drive a vehicle.

Emma Roberts Is Engaged To Evan Peters

Emma Roberts, 22, is engaged to boyfriend, Evan Peters, 26. The two met on set of the FX show, "American Horror Story" in 2012. Extra reports, that Peters proposed to Roberts with a pink gold and diamond ring over the holidays. This will be the first marriage for both.

In July, the couple made news when Emma was arrested following a physical altercation with Evan in Montreal. She was released hours after her arrest when he declined to press charges.

"The Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, Scott Disick has suffered another loss with the sudden passing of his father, Jeffrey Disick.

Just less than three months ago, Scott attended a funeral service in NY for his mother, Bonnie Disick.

According to RadarOnline, Jeffrey, a real estate developer, passed away last week. It is not yet known what caused his death. Scott was their only child.

Machete Kills actress, Alexa Vega married Big Time Rush singer, Carlos Pena, Jr. on Saturday at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The actress alerted fans of the nuptials by tweeting "Mrs. PENAVEGA." This is the second marriage for Vega, who was previously married to Sean Covel.
