Vincent Hubert has been slapped with a $3 million tax lien. According to Radar Online, the IRS is demanding that the music executive pay $3, 325, 107.70 in back taxes. That breaks down to $66, 315.30 for 2010, $2,267, 845.97 for 2011 and $990, 946.43 for 2013. Tamar just released her debut album, Love & War, and Vincent is a songwriter, record producer and record executive. Some of the acts he has been associated with include Lady Gaga, Mindless Behavior, and Destiny Child.
