Bobbi Kristina Brown's Husband, Nick Gordon, Charged With DUI Following Single-Car Accident

Bobbi Kristina's husband, Nick Gordon, is in trouble with the law again.

Gordon was arrested for DUI on Thursday after causing a single-car accident in Roswell, Georgia.

According to TMZ, "Gordon lost control of his BMW sedan, hit a curb, crashed into a fire hydrant and flipped his car upside down. When officers arrived, they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and felt his behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI."

Gordon was charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, and failure to maintain lane. He is currently be held at the Roswell Detention Center.

Neither Gordon nor his passenger was hurt in the crash.

'Alias' Star Michael Vartan's Wife Files For Divorce

Michael Vartan, star of the former hit ABC show, Alias, is getting divorced.

TMZ reports, Vartan's wife, Lauren Skaar, filed the legal docs citing irreconcilable differences. She is also asking for spousal support.

The two met in the parking lot of a Whole Foods in L.A. They were married in 2011 and have no children together.


Fun fact: Vartan previously dated Alias co-star Jennifer Garner before she married Ben Affleck.

Sherri Shepherd Reportedly Asks Judge To Rule That She Has No Parental Rights To Surrogate Child

Sherri Shepherd wants no part of her unborn surrogate child's life because she believes her estranged husband, Lamar Sally, defrauded her into agreeing to have the child...so he could divorce her and collect child support.


TMZ reports, "Sherri does not want custody or even to be considered a parent...because she does not want to get stuck with massive child support payments. She claims Lamar defrauded her and got her to sign on for a surrogate birth knowing full well he would divorce her and ask for child support."

The site goes on to say that the "baby may have been conceived with Lamar's sperm, but not Sherri's egg."

Sally and Shepherd are said to have entered into a contract with a surrogate before either party filed for divorce and the child is set to be born this month.


Seems as if Sherri was let go from The View too soon because this would have been an interesting topic to discuss.

Latoya Jackson Is Engaged To Business Partner Jeffre Phillips

The Girl Is Mine (Yep) She's Mine. Latoya Jackson, sister to the late Michael Jackson, is engaged to longtime business partner, Jeffre Phillips.

The 58-year-old broke the news on Good Morning America on June 4.

Phillips, 46, presented Jackson with a 17.5 carat diamond ring after proposing in a suite at Hawaii's Trump Tower.

No wedding date has been set.

Columbus Short's Wife, Tanee McCall, Accuses Him Of Violating Restraining Order 6 Times

Columbus Short can't seem to follow the law alleges his estranged wife, Tanee McCall-Short.

Tanee claims that the former Scandal actor has repeatedly violated the temporary restraining order she has against him. TMZ reports, "Tanee and her lawyer claimed in court he [Columbus] violated a stay away order contacting Tanee on 6 separate occasions."

Tanee's attorney asked for the temporary restraining order to be made permanent, but for now the judge decided to extend it to July 30, 2014.

Sherri Shepherd is officially having the worst week ever. Her husband, Lamar Sally, filed for separation and publicly confirmed the end of their marriage and now her ex-husband, Jeffrey Tarpley, has filed for sole custody of their nine-year-old son, Jeffrey, Jr.

TMZ reports, "Jeffrey Tarpley filed for an emergency request in April to modify the couple's custody agreement...he wants full custody of their son, Jeffrey, Jr." "Tarpley claims Sherri's non-stop work schedule, (The View & The Newlywed Game and various book and tv appearances) has caused her to neglect their son completely."

Sherri Shepherd Responds to Estranged Husband Lamar Sally's Divorce Petition

Although, Sherri Shepherd has yet to comment on the state of her marriage, she has decided to let her divorce docs do all the talking.

In response to husband, Lamar Sally's, divorce petition, Shepherd has filed her own legal documents for divorce. According to TMZ, Sherri filed for divorce in New Jersey citing irreconcilable differences.

Shepherd is also challenging Sally's request to have their prenup invalidated on fraud. Sherri wants it enforced, which means Sally would only get about $60k for their 3 years of marriage.

Sherri Shepherd's husband, Lamar Sally, has filed for legal separation. TMZ reports, "Sally filed the papers on May 2, 2014."

He will file for divorce in 3 months when he meets California's 6 month residency requirement.
 
Shepherd and Sally were married in August 2011. They have no children together.

Update:  This divorce is going to get nasty... According to court documents, Lamar is asking for full legal and physical custody of their unborn child. The estranged couple are expecting a baby boy in July via surrogate.

After the child is born, Lamar wants an order prohibiting Shepherd from preventing him from taking the child. He prefers Sherri just have visitation rights.

Sally also wants his prenup invalidated (he is claiming fraud) and spousal support.

Adriana Lima and Marko Jaric Split After 5 Years of Marriage

Supermodel, Adriana Lima, and NBA player, Marko Jaric, have decided to end their 5 year marriage.

Lima issued a statement to US Weekly announcing their separation:

“After long and careful consideration, we have decided to separate after five years of marriage. We are grateful to be the parents of two incredible young daughters that we will continue to co-parent. We would greatly appreciate your respect for our family's privacy as we begin this delicate next chapter for all members of our family."


Adriana and Marko were married on Valentine's Day in 2009. They are the parents of two daughters, Valentina, 4, and Sienna, 2.

Lil Za Pleads No Contest To Felony Drug Possession

Lil Za plead no contest to two counts of felony drug possession and one count of misdemeanor vandalism.

According to TMZ, "the judge will reduce the felony charge to a misdemeanor IF 'Za does not violate the law for the next year. "

The rapper was sentenced to 20 hours of Caltrans labor (picking up trash along the highways and freeways) and must complete a drug program.

Lil Za was also charged with one count of misdemeanor vandalism for breaking a jailhouse phone. He plead no contest and was ordered to pay $600.

Columbus Short's Wife Claims Actor Broke Into Their Home

Columbus Short's wife, Tuere "Tanee" McCall-Short, claims the actor broke into their home over the Easter weekend and wrecked the place.

TMZ reports, "Tanee has filed new court docs, claiming Short busted into their marital home while she was away... and broke a door off its hinges, ripped off her bed sheets, left on a bunch of lights and made her fear for her safety and the safety of their 2-year-old daughter."

Just last week, Columbus' appeared in court seeking permission to move back into his home after his wife obtained a restraining order against him. The request was denied.

The restraining order was issued after Short allegedly held a knife to his wife's throat and threatened to kill her and himself.

Columbus Short Not Returning To Scandal For Season 4

Columbus Short will not reprise his role as Harrison Wright on the hit ABC show, Scandal, next season.

The actor confirmed the news via a statement to US Weekly,

"At this time I must confirm my exit from a show I’ve called home for 3 years, with what is the most talented ensemble on television today. I would like to first thank [creator] Shonda Rhimes for the opportunity to work with such an amazing cast. Thank you GLADIATORS, who have supported me throughout my entire career and of course to ABC and Shondaland for allowing me to play such a pivotal role in the Scandal series."

"I have enjoyed every single minute of it. Everything must come to an end and unfortunately the time has come for Harrison Wright to exit the canvas. I wish nothing but the best for Shonda, Kerry and the rest of the cast, who have become like a second family to me in such a short amount of time. For this, I will forever be grateful.”
 
 
Just this month, Short's wife, Tanee McCall, was granted a restraining against the actor after he allegedly placed a knife to her neck and threatened to kill her and himself. In March, Columbus was arrested on a felony battery charge following a bar brawl where he severely injured a man.

Cuba Gooding Jr.--Wife Files For Separation After 20 Years Of Marriage

Cuba Gooding Jr.'s wife, Sara Kapfer, has filed for separation from the actor after 20 years of marriage.

TMZ reports, Sara filed today in the L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

Gooding Jr. and Kapfer were married in 1994 and have 3 children. Sara is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the 2 minor children.

Update: Columbus Short appeared in court today seeking permission to move back into his home after his estranged wife, Tanee McCall, obtained a restraining order barring him from the residence---but the request was denied. 

Instead, the judge gave Short 2 hours next Monday to collect any belongings he needs from the residence. He must be accompanied by his attorney.

According to court documents, The Arrested Development actor is asking for joint and legal custody of their two sons, ages 5 and 3.

The two were married in 2003 and separated nearly two years ago. This is the first divorce for Poehler and the second for Arnett.

Anthony "Treach" Criss From Naughty By Nature Arrested For Evading Police

Anthony "Treach" Criss from the rap group, Naughty By Nature, was arrested and charged with evading police, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, and speeding in New Jersey after allegedly leading police on a chase that lasted over 10 blocks.

TMZ reports, "officers tried to pull Criss over for speeding in Union City, [New Jersey] -- he was allegedly doing 55 in a 25 -- but Criss floored it once he heard the sirens ... driving 10 blocks through 4 red lights until finally coming to a stop."

"Once pulled over, Treach jumped out of his car and charged the police cruiser that was chasing him -- so cops drew their guns and ordered him back into the car."

Treach was immediately placed under arrest and that's when cops discovered that he had other warrants out for child support and traffic violations.

He was released on $15,000 bail on Friday.

Ludacris and the mother of his infant daughter, Tamika Fuller, returned to court on March 18 to continue battling over custody of their 4 month-old daughter, Cai Bridges.

Since Fuller and Ludacris have yet to come to a custody agreement, the judge appointed a Guardian Ad-Liem [an attorney appointed by the court to represent the best interests of the child during a disputed custody or divorce case-they are used when parties strongly disagree about who should be primary caretaker for the child] to advocate for Cai's best interests.

Rapper Big Sean and Glee actress, Naya Rivera, have ended their engagement.

A rep for the rapper confirmed the news to US Weekly:

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."

The former couple got engaged in October 2013 after just six months of dating.


Update: TMZ reports, Big Sean made the decision to call off the engagement weeks ago because "he thought Naya was too controlling and too jealous of the women he worked with and met on tour."

As for Rivera, she took to Twitter today to accuse Big Sean of stealing jewelry from her home.

Trick Daddy Arrested For Possession of Cocaine and Possession of a Firearm

Rapper Trick Daddy was arrested Thursday night after officers allegedly discovered cocaine and a handgun in his home.

TMZ reports, "...cops stopped him [Trick Daddy] outside his Florida home ... and according to docs, officers told the rapper they had a warrant to search his place. "Cops say they found a gram of cocaine in his nightstand and a 9mm gun under his pillow."

Trick Daddy was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon and driving with a suspended license.

He has since bonded out of jail.

Pat Houston Granted Restraining Order Against Bobbi Kristina's Husband, Nick Gordon

Pat Houston, sister-in-law to the late Whitney Houston, was granted a restraining order against Nick Gordon, the husband of Bobbi Kristina.

TMZ reports, "Pat got the order after claiming she feared for her safety after Nick made threatening comments and posted photos of guns."

Gordon has been ordered to stay 200 yards away from Houston.
