Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are separating after three years of marriage, her rep confirms to ABC News.
"They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives," the rep says of the couple, parents to son Luca, 21 months. "They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."
The 26-year old actress and 33-year-old retired NHL player married in August 2010 after dating for more than two years. The couple welcomed a son, Luca Cruz Comrie, in March 2012.
