Weston Gosa, who appeared on the MTV show, "16 & Pregnant," as the boyfriend of teen mom, Whitney Purvis, was arrested in Floyd County, Georgia for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Gosa was previously arrested in July 2012, Dec. 2012, and June 2013.

According to GA law, when an individual is arrested for driving on a suspended license, his/her driving privileges are suspended and temporarily withdrawn for a period of time. Upon a first conviction within five years, he/she also faces a minimum amount of jail time and fines.

If this is Gosa's first conviction for driving on a suspended license, he faces no less than 2 days in jail and a minimum of a $500 fine. His license will be suspended for an additional 6 months and he is required to pay a restoration fee of $200.00 or $210.00. When the restoration fee is processed and the 6 month suspension has expired, his license shall be reinstated.

The self-proclaimed, "Pitbull In A Skirt," is engaged. Gumball 3000 founder Maximillion Copper proposed to Eve on Christmas Day. The couple have been dating for more than 2 years. This will be the first marriage for Eve, and the second marriage for Cooper. He was previously married to Gumball 3000 co-founder Julie Brangstrup.

Updated: Dwayne Wade Fathers A Child While On Break From Gabrielle Union

According to ET News, Dwayne Wade fathered a son with another woman while on a break from fiancée, Gabrielle Union. The two broke up earlier this year and it's during this time that it happened. Wade and Union are said to have worked through this matter "privately as a couple" before their engagement last week.

So far the identity of the woman is a mystery. However, she and Dwayne are said to have known each "for many years" and have an amicable relationship.

Update: The mystery woman has been identified as Aja Metoyer, 30. She gave birth to Wade's son,  Xavier Zechariah Wade, on Nov. 10, 2103. Although, the birth certificate does not name Dwayne Wade as the father, he has acknowledged paternity during a recent press conference.

There is speculation that Wade and Gabrielle were not on "a break" when the child was conceived.

This sounds really messy.

Cleveland Cavaliers center Andrew Bynum has been suspended indefinitely from the Cleveland Cavaliers for detrimental conduct. According to NBA.com, 

Andrew Bynum has been suspended for conduct detrimental to the team, Cavaliers General Manager Chris Grant announced today. Bynum did not travel with the team to Boston last night for the team’s game this afternoon at 1:00 p.m. vs. the Celtics and has been excused from all team activities indefinitely. His status will be updated as appropriate.

The Cavs signed Bynum to a two-year $24.8 million deal this past summer. Only $6 million of that is guaranteed if he is waived before Jan. 7, 2014.

Update: Andrew Bynum was traded to the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, Jan. 7 in exchange for Luol Deng. The Bulls waived Bynum late Tuesday afternoon. Only $6 million of his $24.8 million contract was guaranteed.

Basketball wives reality star, Evelyn Lozada, is engaged to LA Dodgers outfielder, Carl Crawford. Crawford popped the question to Lozada on Christmas morning with an 14.5 carat diamond ring.

This will be the second marriage for Lozada. Her previous marriage to Chad Johnson ended after Johnson was arrested for head-butting her. The union lasted 41 days.

Recently, Evelyn announced she is expecting a child with Crawford. This will be the second child for Lozada and the third child for Carl. He has a 9 year old and 5 month old from a previous relationship.


Evelyn definitely struck gold this time. Crawford signed a seven-year contract with the Red Sox in 2011 for $142 million.

The founding member of Three 6 Mafia, Ricky "Lord Infamous" Dunigan has died. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Ricky passed away in his sleep from a heart attack. He was 40 years old.

Dunigan founded the rap group, Three 6 Mafia, in 1991. In 2006, the group won a Grammy for their hit song, "It's Hard Out Here For A Pimp" from the Hustle & Flow movie soundtrack.

NBA Star Dwayne Wade and actress Gabrielle Union are engaged. Wade proposed to Union on Saturday night with an 8.5 carat diamond ring made by Jason of Beverly Hills.

Chris Brown Probation Revoked

The judge in the Chris Brown/Rihanna domestic violence case has revoked Brown's probation. The judge felt that the misdemeanor charge filed against Chris in D.C. was enough to warrant the revocation.

However, the judge was so impressed with Brown's progress report that he decided not to remand Chris into custody. He will remain in rehab instead.

A hearing has been set for February to determine whether Chris will serve jail time. He was in court today for a progress hearing.

Khloe Kardashian-Odom Files For Divorce From Lamar Odom

Khloe Kardashain-Odom has filed to end her 4 year marriage from Lamar Odom. In her divorce petition she cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Khloe is not asking for spousal support and wants her last name changed back to Kardashian. There is an iron clad pre-nup that keeps the couples' assets separate and they do not have any children together.

According to TMZ, Khloe finally decided to file after a video of an intoxicated Lamar rapping surfaced last month. Lamar has been plagued by rumors of infidelity and rampant drug use since June. He was arrested for DUI in August after cops noticed his vehicle weaving on the freeway. Several women have also come forward and admitted to having relationships with Odom during his marriage.

Khloe and Lamar were married in a lavish ceremony in Sept 2009 after dating for 1 month.

The couple were married January 11, 2003 and welcomed son, Walker Nathaniel Diggs, on September 2, 2009. 

Denise Richards Cleared in Child Abuse Investigation

Denise Richards has been cleared in a child abuse investigation by LA Department of Children and Family Services. Radar Online reports, "child welfare officers quickly established that there was no merit to the claims and found that no follow-up investigation would be necessary." The case is now closed.

Lamar Odom Sentenced to Three Years Probation In DUI Case

Lamar Odom reached a plea deal in his August 2013 DUI case. In exchange for pleading "no contest" Odom received three years probation. He is also required to attend an alcohol education class and pay $1,814 in fines and fees.


 Lamar Odom is definitely having the worse year ever.

Lindsay Lohan Wanted For Questioning In Assault

Lindsay Lohan who is currently in Miami for Art Basel, the world's premier international art show, is being sought for questioning in connection with an assault on Baron Hilton aka Paris Hilton's younger brother. According to TMZ, Baron has filed a police report with Miami authorities stating he believes Lohan orchestrated the assault. Baron claims after the assault Lohan approached him and stated, "you talk s*** about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get." So far, Lindsay has denied these allegations.

However, Paris Hilton was quick to come to her brother's defense vowing to make his attacker pay.

If this turns out to be true Lohan may be welcoming the New Year inside a courtroom.

Nelson Mandela Dies at Age 95

Nelson Mandela, South Africa's first black president, who spent 27 years in prison fighting against apartheid has died at the age of 95 years old.

A national memorial for Mandela is set for Tuesday in Johannesburg. Many world leaders are expected to attend including President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

He is survived by his wife Graca Micheal and his daughters: Makaziwe "Maki" Mandela, Zenani Mandela-Dlamini, and Zindziswa "Zindzi" Mandela-Hlongwane.


He was a great man that dedicated his life to civil rights and fighting injustice. RIP Nelson Mandela.

This is the second child for Evelyn. She has a 20 year old daughter, Shaniece Hairston, from a previous relationship.

Brooke Mueller Calls Cops on Denise Richards & Accuses Her of Child Abuse

Brooke Mueller has accused Denise Richards of child abuse. Richards received a visit from cops at her LA home Tuesday night and was questioned about a claim of child abuse against her daughters, Sam & Lola and Brooke Mueller's twins, Bob & Max.

Denise vehemently denies the claims and believes that the accusations are "vindictive" and "ridiculous." Richards is also said to have last seen the twins two weeks ago. Brooke has never met Denise's daughters.

Lamar Odom Under The Influence in Leaked Video

A video has leaked featuring an incoherent Lamar Odom and best friend Jaime Sangouthai slurring their words and rapping. Both Odom and Sangouthai appear to be shirtless and under the influence of some type of substance.

During the video, Odom raps about his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, "When Khloe's out of town, I still be on the DL."Sangouthai then jumps in with "You know what it is, We the QU [Queens] pimps, Ask any of these shorties, We ran through their cribs, up and down those hills."

The video is said to have been made last week. Currently, Lamar is in Rhode Island training at his alma mater trying to get back in shape for the NBA.

According to TMZ, Odom has seen the video and has told friends that he was drunk and not under the influence of any additional substances.


This video is sad. It is very apparent that Lamar needs help. Until he acknowledges he has a problem he does not stand a chance of staying clean.

Updated: James Harden Faces Lawsuit For Allegedly Punching Man In The Face

James Harden of the Houston Rockets is being sued for punching a Lakers fan in the face. On November 3, 2013, Harden was leaving the Greystone Manor, a nightclub in Beverly Hills, when he rolled his window down to greet fans.

According to TMZ, a man named Barak Golan approached Harden and yelled,"Kobe owns your a**." Golan says this is when Harden punched him in the face and flipped him off before taking off in his SUV.

Golan is suing for assault and battery and demanding an unspecified amount in damages.

Update: Harden has filed his own legal docs in response to the lawsuit and is asking the judge to dismiss the case. He believes he was justified in his actions and is citing self-defense. He is also wants Golan to pay his legal fees.

Honestly, Harden should have punched however took this photo of his feet.

Chris Brown Ordered Back To Rehab

Superior Court Judge James Brandlin has ordered Chris Brown to serve 90 days in an inpatient rehab facility.

Brown, who appeared in court for a probation review report, must also submit to random drug testing, take any prescribed medications, and complete at least 24 hrs a week of his 1,000 hrs of community labor. He is only allowed to leave the facility three times a week to complete eight hour shifts of his community labor.

Lamar Odom Meets With the Los Angeles Clippers

Lamar Odom could re-sign with the Los Angeles Clippers. Odom met with Clippers head coach, Doc Rivers on Friday and their meeting is said to have gone very well.

According to ESPN.COM, Rivers stated, "I've always had interest in him [Lamar]. I've always liked him. The teams he's played on and the coaches who have coached him have always liked him, but honestly it really didn't go much further than that." Rivers also added that Odom "looked good ... that his weight was really down and he was in good shape, but that doesn't mean a lot."

Odom who has been plagued with rumors of substance abuse for the past several months is said to be working out constantly and eating healthy. 

In the past, Lamar has stated that the Clippers were the only team that he would play for. If the Clippers were to sign Lamar, it would be for the veterans minimum of $883,000. 

Hopefully Lamar has gotten the help he needs if he is going to begin to play basketball again.

Chris Brown Has Checked Out of Rehab After Only Two Weeks

Chris Brown, who entered an inpatient rehab facility two weeks ago, was photographed Wednesday at a local restaurant with girlfriend, Karruche Tran, leading to speculation that he was no longer attending rehab, but according to his attorney, Mark Geragos, that is not true. In a statement to the Daily News, Geragos states, "Chris is continuing his rehab treatment program as an outpatient." He is also working to complete his community labor.

In August, Brown was sentenced to an additional 1,000 hrs of community labor for his 2009 domestic violence dispute with Rihanna. 

Brown is expected to face a judge next week in Los Angeles for a status report on his community labor and probation. Brown could face jail time if the judge decides that his involvement in a brawl in D.C. last month violated his probation. 

Hopefully Chris sticks with the outpatient rehab for awhile. 

Top Chef "Jazz Hands" Recap (11/13/13)

This week the chefs are faced with Quickfire & Elimination Challenges featuring jazz legend Kermit Ruffins. 

For the Quickfire Challenge, the chefs play "musicals chairs" with some of Kermit's favorite food items. When Kermit played his trumpet the chefs moved around various food stations. When he stopped playing the chefs had to stop and use the food items they were standing in front of to prepare their meals.

Denise Richards has been replaced as temporary guardian of ex-husband Charlie Sheen's twin boys, Bob & Max. The decision comes just a few days after Richards wrote a heartfelt letter to LA County DFCS informing them that she could no longer be Bob & Max's caregiver. Although, it was a difficult decision for Richards, she explained that the boys increasingly violent behavior towards her daughters, her pets, and herself was what ultimately led to her asking for them to be removed from her home.

Chris Brown Enters Rehab For Anger Management

Chris Brown has taken a cue from Lindsay Lohan by entering rehab before his court date. Brown is set to face a judge next month in his Rihanna domestic violence case and it's almost certain that his probation maybe revoked due to his latest arrest in D.C. 

The singer was reportedly accompanied to the facility by attorney Mark Geragos, his mother, Joyce Hawkins, and his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.

His representative, Nicole Perna, said in an official statement, "Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility," "His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."   

So far no word on how long the singer will remain at the facility.

Update:  According to TMZ, Sources connected to the singer state … there has been no firm decision on the precise length of time Brown will stay, but everyone in Brown’s camp — including Brown himself — is open to as much as 3 months.

Ciara and her rapper-producer boyfriend are engaged. The couple who have been dating for about a year are said to have gotten engaged at Ciara's 28th birthday party in New York.

Ciara's publicist, Chris Chambers, tells People that Future surprised the singer with a 15 carat diamond ring over the weekend. No wedding date has been set.

Updated: Chris Brown Arrested In Washington DC

Chris Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault after allegedly punching a man in the face. The altercation took place outside of the W Hotel on K Street in Washington D.C. around 4:30 a.m. According to law enforcement, Chris Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, were taken into custody and Chris will remain there until he can appear before a magistrate judge Monday morning.

The police report obtained by CNN, identifies the victim as Issac Adams Parker. Parker stated that he and a friend tried to jump into a picture that Chris was taking with a female fan and that's when Brown stated, "I'm not down with that gay s***t, I feel like boxing." Parker stated Brown then punched him in the face.

Sources connected to Chris Brown contacted TMZ to dispute the allegations. They state that Parker and his friend were not trying to take a picture, but instead were trying to gain entry onto Chris Brown's tour bus. Chris for his part was just trying to stop a trespass.

Brown, who remains on probation until August 2014, for the domestic violence incident between he and ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, could have just violated his probation with this arrest.

Wednesday's episode of Top Chef begins with the chefs meeting with Emeril Lagasse and Eddie Huang, Chef and Co-Owner of BaoHaus in NY. The chefs are informed that they will not face a Quickfire Challenge this week, but instead will be divided into groups of five for the Elimination Challenge. Each group must create their version of a Vietnamese menu while incorporating shrimp into at least one dish.

Kim Kardashian Set to Wed For the Third Time

Kanye West popped the question to his "baby mama" after surprising her on her 33rd birthday with a 15 carat diamond ring designed by Lorraine Schwartz. According to the E Network, Kanye pulled out all the stops by renting out San Francisco's AT&T Park and  contracting a 50 piece orchestra to play some of Kim's favorite songs by Lana Del Ray, Keri Hilson, and Ne-Yo. Kanye is said to have gone traditional with the proposal by getting down on bended knee and asking for Kim's hand in marriage while a scoreboard displayed the words "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" in the background.

Kim accepted Kanye's proposal and family and friends such as best friend, Jonathan Cheban, and family matriarch, Kris Jenner, joined the couple on the field to celebrate. The engagement comes just 4 months after Kanye and Kim welcomed their daughter North West and 4 months since her divorce from Kris Humphries was finalized.
