Chris Brown released from custody in D.C. Splash News

Chris Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault after allegedly punching a man in the face. The altercation took place outside of the W Hotel on K Street in Washington D.C. around 4:30 a.m. According to law enforcement, Chris Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, were taken into custody and Chris will remain there until he can appear before a magistrate judge Monday morning.
The police report obtained by CNN, identifies the victim as Issac Adams Parker. Parker stated that he and a friend tried to jump into a picture that Chris was taking with a female fan and that's when Brown stated, "I'm not down with that gay s***t, I feel like boxing." Parker stated Brown then punched him in the face.
Sources connected to Chris Brown contacted TMZ to dispute the allegations. They state that Parker and his friend were not trying to take a picture, but instead were trying to gain entry onto Chris Brown's tour bus. Chris for his part was just trying to stop a trespass.
Brown, who remains on probation until August 2014, for the domestic violence incident between he and ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, could have just violated his probation with this arrest.
UPDATE: Chris Brown has been released from custody and has been ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from the victim. Brown's felony assault charge has been reduced to a misdemeanor. His bodyguard's charge has also been reduced to a misdemeanor.
Eyewitness accounts on what actually happened early Sunday morning conflict. As stated above, some eyewitnesses state that the victim tried to gain entry onto Chris's tour bus and it was Brown's bodyguard who punched him whereas the the victim states he was punched by Brown after photo bombing his picture.
