Justin Bieber was arrested Thursday morning for DUI and a slew of other charges. The 19-year-old popstar was in Miami when police stopped him for drag racing in a residential neighborhood (He was reportedly driving 55-60 mph in a 30 mph area). According to the police report, when cops approached Bieber's car they noticed that he smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He had a "stupor" look on his face.

The report details that Bieber demanded to know why police stopped him and began yelling, "Why the f**k are you doing this? What did I do?

During a routine pat down, Justin became defiant and began yelling at officers, "I ain't got no f***king weapons." He also refused to keep his hands on the vehicle.

As for the resisting arrest charge, cops say as they attempted to handcuff Bieber, he pulled his arm away and said, "What the f**k are you doing?"

In addition, Justin was given a field sobriety test which he failed. It is said that the singer made statements to officers that he had "consumed alcohol, smoked marijuana, and taken prescription drugs."

Bieber appeared before a judge and was charged with Resisting Arrest, DUI (combination of alcohol/drugs), and Driving with an Expired License. Bond was set at $2,500.

This marks the second time this month that Justin has been in trouble with the law. He was previously charged with felony vandalism for egging his neighbor's home in Los Angeles.

TMZ was the first to report news of the arrest.
