Sherri Shepherd wants no part of her unborn surrogate child's life because she believes her estranged husband, Lamar Sally, defrauded her into agreeing to have the child...so he could divorce her and collect child support.

TMZ reports, "Sherri does not want custody or even to be considered a parent...because she does not want to get stuck with massive child support payments. She claims Lamar defrauded her and got her to sign on for a surrogate birth knowing full well he would divorce her and ask for child support."

The site goes on to say that the "baby may have been conceived with Lamar's sperm, but not Sherri's egg."

Sally and Shepherd are said to have entered into a contract with a surrogate before either party filed for divorce and the child is set to be born this month.

Seems as if Sherri was let go from The View too soon because this would have been an interesting topic to discuss.
