Top Chef Judge, Gail Simmons, Welcomes Daughter Dahlia Rae

"Top Chef" Judge, Gail Simmons, gave birth to a daughter Dahlia Rae Abrams on December 29, 2013. Her rep confirmed to US Weekly, that the baby weighed in at 7 lbs., 3oz. This is the first child for both Simmons and her husband Jeremy Abrams. The two were married in 2008.
