Wednesday's episode of Top Chef began with Padma informing the chefs that they would not compete in a Quickfire Challenge. Instead, the the chefs will split into two teams of five for the "Restaurant Wars" Elimination Challenge. Two chefs on each team will serve as Executive Chef and Front of the House. The chefs draw knives to determine their teams.
The Green Team: Sara, Carlos, Nina, Justin, and Shirley

Executive Chef: Justin
The Green Team select the name Found for their Restaurant. Their concept is Modern American.

The Purple Team selects the name Fin for the Restaurant. Their concept is Seafood.

Winner: Purple Team
Judges select Chef Nicholas as the winner. They praised the way he handled the kitchen as Executive Chef.
Least Favorite Team: Green Team
Chef Sara is sent home. Judges believe that she did not adequately train the servers which led to chaos in the kitchen.
Next week: The chefs cook meals that remind them of home.
