Tonight's episode of Chopped featured four talented chefs competing for the title of Chopped Champion:

In the Appetizer Round, the chefs were tasked with creating a dish using Smoked Catfish, Ricotta Salata, Giant Jaw Breakers, and Watermelon Soda.

Chef Jonah made Soupe de Poisson with Watermelon Soda & Jawbreaker Sauce
Chef Tek made Tempura Fried Smoked Catfish and Ricotta Salata Croquettes
Chef Jason made Smoked Catfish Ceviche Tacos with Ricotta Salata
Chopped: Chef Jonah. The judges felt that his sauce was not executed properly.
The Entree Round featured Lamb Tagine, Miso Paste, Croissant Donuts, and Zucchini Blossoms.

Chef Kristen made a Lamb & Goat Cheese Stuffed Squash Blossoms with Bread Pudding
Chef Tek made Miso Braised Lamb with French Toast & Charred Onion Soubise

Chopped: Chef Jason. The judges felt like he did not re purpose the lamb tagine enough.
The Dessert Round challenged the chefs to use Blueberry Scones, Ginger Preserves, Rosemary, and Gjetost Cheese.

Chopped: Chef Tek. The judges felt that separately the components on her plate were delicious, but together the components did not make a dessert.
Winner: Chef Kristen is crowned the Chopped Champion and wins $10,000.
