Updated: James Harden Faces Lawsuit For Allegedly Punching Man In The Face

James Harden of the Houston Rockets is being sued for punching a Lakers fan in the face. On November 3, 2013, Harden was leaving the Greystone Manor, a nightclub in Beverly Hills, when he rolled his window down to greet fans.

According to TMZ, a man named Barak Golan approached Harden and yelled,"Kobe owns your a**." Golan says this is when Harden punched him in the face and flipped him off before taking off in his SUV.

Golan is suing for assault and battery and demanding an unspecified amount in damages.

Update: Harden has filed his own legal docs in response to the lawsuit and is asking the judge to dismiss the case. He believes he was justified in his actions and is citing self-defense. He is also wants Golan to pay his legal fees.

Honestly, Harden should have punched however took this photo of his feet.
