Update: Chris Kattan was sentenced to 3 years probation and must attend 104 Narcotics Anonymous classes as well as a 3 month alcohol program for driving under the influence last Feb.
Chris was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and restitution. TMZ reports, "Kattan had been driving on Ambien at the time of the crash."

Former "Saturday Night Live" star Chris Kattan has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.
According to The California Highway Patrol, Kattan was seen "weaving in and out of lanes" shortly before 2 a.m. Monday.
He was arrested after his Mercedes struck a Department of Transportation vehicle from behind on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles.
No injuries were reported.
