Apollo Nida, the husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks, will not have to face a judge today.

Nida, who is facing charges of bank fraud and identity theft, was scheduled to have a preliminary court hearing in Atlanta today (February 12, 2014), but the hearing has been postponed.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Apollo's attorney filed and received a 30-day continuance with the federal court.

Court documents detail, Nida asked for an "extension of time up to and including March 25, 2014." The delay "would give the parties sufficient time to discuss a potential resolution of the case," the documents explain.

As of today, the hearing has not been rescheduled.
