This weeks millionaires are John Bonavia, a 29-year-old Financial
Advisor, and David Epstein, a 43-year-old Cosmetic Dentist and CEO of his own beer company.
John Bonavia is a Financial Advisor with a net worth of $1
million. He is looking for someone who is well-rounded and independent. He's
come to Patti because he does not want to be 40 and fist pumping in
the club alone. He is almost 30 and wants to start a family. He thinks it is
time for him to settle down and meet someone he could spend his life with.
In his spare time, he hangs out with his
buddies, which causes him to neglect his girlfriends. His most
significant relationship ended because he cheated. Patti nicknames him the “Frat
Brat” because he does not listen to the girls he “dates.” He is too busy
thinking about sleeping with them.
However, Patti believes John wants to
change. She thinks if John loses his frat boy ways he has a real chance at
finding love.
David Epstein is a Cosmetic Implant Dentist and CEO of his
own beer company. His net worth is $2 to 3 million. He is looking for a
beautiful Jewish woman, who is active and does not have kids. Although, he was
once engaged, the relationship ended because his mother did not like
her.
Patti thinks he is a mama’s boy. She asks David if he
wants a woman like his mother and David says yes. Patti thinks he is lying and
tells him if he continues to let women rule he is going to end up with someone
just like his mother. Patti suggests he quit listening to mommy and stand
up for himself. If not, David is going to end up alone.
Recruiting Session:
For John—Patti and her assistants are looking for slender
pretty Keira Knightly types that can get past his frat boy exterior and bring
out the family guy underneath.
For David—Patti and her assistants are looking for nice
Jewish girls he can take home to mom.
The recruiting session goes well and Patti finds several
potential dates for David and John.
Mixer:
For the first time ever, the millionaires have to
do their own pitch. (They have 2 minutes to introduce themselves and explain to
the girls who they are)
John seemed to have no problem doing the intro, but David was
more nervous.

Master Date:
John selects Katrina. For their date, John takes Katrina to
a tennis court and he has hired his instructor to teach her how to play.
Afterwards, the pair even play each other in a match. Next, John and Katrina
head to Caffe Roma where the date starts off well until John begins to dominate
the conversation. Before the date ends, John takes Patti’s advice to listen to
Katrina. The more they talk the more she notices they have in common.
Patti calls Katrina to find out how her date went with John. Katrina tells her John was a complete gentleman and the two are going out again…to a Lakers game.
Update: John and Katrina have been out several times since Patti set them up. Katrina is helping the Frat Boy settle down and grow up.
Master Date:
David selects Leslie. David and Leslie meet at the golf course
for a round of golf. Although Leslie is new to the sport, she has a great
time. For dinner, the two head to the golf course for a romantic dinner. David is smitten with
Leslie. He finds her attractive and thinks his mother would
love her.
Patti calls Leslie to find out how her date went with David.
Leslie tells Patti that she felt very comfortable around David. David tells
Patti that he had a blast with Leslie on their date and he really likes her.
Update: David has conquered his fears and flown Leslie to
San Fran to visit. They are planning a weekend together in Napa Valley.
