Bobbi Kristina Brown's Husband, Nick Gordon, Charged With DUI Following Single-Car Accident

Bobbi Kristina's husband, Nick Gordon, is in trouble with the law again.

Gordon was arrested for DUI on Thursday after causing a single-car accident in Roswell, Georgia.

According to TMZ, "Gordon lost control of his BMW sedan, hit a curb, crashed into a fire hydrant and flipped his car upside down. When officers arrived, they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and felt his behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI."

Gordon was charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, and failure to maintain lane. He is currently be held at the Roswell Detention Center.

Neither Gordon nor his passenger was hurt in the crash.


This is not the first time Gordon has had issues with the law:

March 2014: Pat Houston (Whitney Houston's sister-in-law) was granted a restraining order against him citing threatening remarks he made on Twitter.

November 2012: Nick was arrested for reckless driving in Alpharetta, Ga. after cops say he was going 82 mph in a 35 mph in a retail area "with high pedestrian foot traffic."
