to the "Top Chef" Finale.
The judges inform them that they are about to
face their most difficult Elimination Challenge yet.
Elimination Challenge:
Each chef will take over a restaurant for the night and create a four course
menu that showcases their cooking ability and creativity.
Both Nick and Nina get to select three sous chefs to help
them plan and execute their menu.
Since Nick won the prior Elimination Challenge, he selects
his sous chefs first.
He selects Jason, Louis, and Brian.
Nick names his restaurant Kris (after his wife).

Fourth Course: Caramelized

Nina selects Shirley, Stephanie, and Travis as her sous
chefs.
She names her restaurant Canouan (in honor of her father).
Nina’s dinner service includes 6 courses. In addition to the
4 required courses, she makes a Bread Course and an Intermezzo Course.
