Beer To Dine For! On Sunday’s episode of “Chopped,” the
following four chefs: Lauren Kyles, Head Chef of Daily Grill and Public Shools;
Larry Monaco, Private Chef from L.A.; Bradley Stellings, Consulting Chef
from Japan; and Hiep Le, Chef & Owner of Le Cellier in CA,
face mystery baskets filled with...Beer.
The chefs are required to highlight the brew in each of the 3 rounds, Appetizer, Entrée, and Dessert. Dishes will be judged on Presentation, Creativity, and Taste. The chef whose dish the judges like the least will be Chopped.
In the Appetizer Round, the chefs are tasked with using Toasted Lager, Hot Drops, Hickory Smoked Sausage, and Fried Pickles.

Bradley makes Beer-Braised Beef Stew with Beer Risotto and

Hiep makes Seared Black Peppered Beef with Tripel Ale &
Taffy Sauce
The Dessert Round
challenges the chefs with Milk Stout, Stout Beer Jelly, Soft Pretzels and Peaches
Bradley makes Beer and Lime Custard with Stout Jelly Fruit
Lauren makes Peach and Pretzel Panzanella Salad with Milk
Stout Crème Anglaise
Chopped: Bradley. Judges felt that Bradley was out cooked by Chef Lauren.
