Actor and Oscar-winner Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead this morning in his Manhattan apartment. NY Post reports, the 46-year-old, best known for his role in the 2005 film, Capote, died of an apparent drug overdose.
He leaves behind three children, Tallulah, 7, Willa, 5, and Copper, 10.
Update: Philip Seymour Hoffman's family just released a statement:
"We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Phil and appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received from everyone. This is a tragic and sudden loss and we ask that you respect our privacy during this time of grieving. Please keep Phil in your thoughts and prayers."
