For this week's Quick Fire Challenge, Padma informs the chefs that they will make an "Ultimate Surf & Turf Dish." At stake is a $5,000 cash prize.
 
Quick Fire Challenge: The chefs will have 45 minutes to make a Surf & Turf dish using ingredients from two tables: Land and Sea. 
 
If 1 lantern goes off, the chefs must select an ingredient from the Land table & if 2 lanterns go off, they must select an ingredient from the Sea table.
