Ludacris Ordered To Pay Over $35,000 In Attorney Fees In Custody Case & Judge Appoints Guardian Ad-Litem For Infant Daughter

Ludacris and the mother of his infant daughter, Tamika Fuller, returned to court on March 18 to continue battling over custody of their 4 month-old daughter, Cai Bridges.

Since Fuller and Ludacris have yet to come to a custody agreement, the judge appointed a Guardian Ad-Liem [an attorney appointed by the court to represent the best interests of the child during a disputed custody or divorce case-they are used when parties strongly disagree about who should be primary caretaker for the child] to advocate for Cai's best interests.

Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges took a page out of Dwayne Wade's book and fathered a child while on a break from long-term girlfriend Eudoxie. TMZ reports, that Luda had a child with Tamika Fuller, a "friend from high school." The baby, Cai Bella Bridges, was born on December 9, 2013. 

 

Bridges is said to have acknowledged that the baby is his and has filed legal docs in Georgia to establish child support payments.

Update: The mother of Ludacris' child, Tamika Fuller, has also filed legal docs in Ga. She is asking that the court require Luda to pay all her attorney fees. As stated above, Ludacris has filed docs to establish child support, but is asking the court to cap the support at $1,700 a month. Fuller believes that Ludacris, who is worth at least $80 million, can afford to pay a lot more.

The child support case between Ludacris and Tamika Fuller is anything, but drama free. It's reported that in September, Ludacris filed legal docs in GA asking a judge to issue a gag order in his child support case against Tamika.

 

According to TMZ, Ludacris argued that the order was necessary because Tamika demanded he give her a car and pay $7,500 for her lawyer's retainer or she would go public with the fact he fathered her child. The judge ultimately denied his request.

This story has more twists and turns than a soap opera.

Ludacris faced Tamika Fuller, the mother of his infant daughter Cai Bridges, in a Georgia courtroom on Wednesday. The two are battling over child support payments for their daughter. According to TMZ, Fuller is asking for $15,000 per month in child support. Luda claims he can only pay $1,800 per month. He says he only made $55,000 last year.

The judge ordered the rapper to pay Fuller $7,000 a month, until he is able to review Ludacris' financial statements.

Update: Ludacris has filed his own legal documents seeking full physical custody of his 2-month old daughter, Cai Bridges. In the docs, he states that he is a "fit and capable parent" and cites the fact that he has been an active father to his 12-year-old daughter as proof. Luda is also asking the judge to require Tamika to pay him child support.

Hip Hop website, Baller Alert has revealed pictures of the infamous Tamika Fuller, aka the mother of Ludacris' daughter, Cai. According to the site, Fuller is described as an alleged ex dancer, who's in her late 30's/early 40's with children from a previous relationship.

 

Bet Ludacris is wishing he never "took that break" from Eudoxie.
