Sunday's Episode of "Chopped Tournament of Stars," featured four celebrities, who previously competed on Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off:
Coolio, record producer and rapper, best known for his hit song, "Gangsta's Paradise"
Carnie Wilson, singer and member of the group, Wilson Phillips
Penn Jillete, magician and member of the duo, Penn & Teller
Lou Diamond Phillips, actor, best known for his role in the movie La Bamba.
These celebrities are competing for a chance at winning $10,000 for charity and a spot in the Chopped Tournament of Stars finale.
In the Appetizer Round, the mystery basket included Beef Tongue, Chinese Broccoli, Candied Citron, and Microwavable Chocolate Cake.
Carnie made Stir-Crazy Tongue Fry with Citron Cream Sauce
Coolio served Thai Beef and Broccoli with Peanut Sauce
Lou prepared Beef Tongue Pate Crostini with Braised Chinese

Penn made Chocolate Gnocchi with Citrus-Licked Broccoli
Chopped: Coolio. The judges felt that the peanut butter sauce
overpowered his dish. Coolio also added a squeeze a lemon after Ted Allen called time.
For the Entrée Round, the celebrities were tasked with using Buffalo Hanger Steak, Watermelon Cucumbers, Pizza, and Ranch Dip.
Penn served Hanger Steak with Pizza Pesto and Mushrooms
Carnie made Ranch-Seasoned Hanger Steak with Pizza Mashed
Potatoes
Lou prepared Marinated Hanger Steak with Pizza Romesco Sauce
Chopped: Penn. The judges felt that his steak was overcooked
and his mushrooms were burned.
The Dessert Round challenged the celebrities with Peanut Caramel Chocolate Bars, Chinese Five Spice, Coconut Milk, and Banana Chips.
Carnie baked
Bread Pudding with Candy Bar Sauce
Lou baked Chinese Five Spice Shortbread with Coconut Ice
Cream
Chopped: Lou. He failed to include a mystery basket ingredient in
both his Entrée and Dessert.
Chopped Champion: Carnie Wilson. She won $10,000 for her charity and a spot in the Chopped Tournament of Stars finale.
