Tuesday's episode of Chopped featured four Teen Chefs: Dante Foggy, Mikayla Layng, Eyan Goldman, Lucy Felong. Each teen chef competed for a chance to win a $65,000 grand prize and a spot in the Chopped Teen Grand Finale. These talented chefs ranged in age from 13 to 17 years old.
The chefs were allotted 30 minutes to prepare three meals: Appetizer, Entrée, and Dessert.
For the Appetizer Round, the mystery basket contained Jumbo Shrimp, Chunky Peanut Butter, Jalapenos, & Sticky Rice.

Mikayla made Sautéed Shrimp with Peanut Butter & Jalapeno Sauce
Eyan made Sautéed Shrimp with Crispy Rice Cake & Jalapeno Cream Sauce
Lucy made Grilled Shrimp with Rice Ball & Mini Jalapeno Popper

Eyan made Grilled Frog Legs with Gnocchi
Lucy made Frog Legs Two Ways with Mushroom & White Wine Foam

Lucy made Cashew Brittle with Fruity Agave Gel & Cookie Sauce
Dante made Compote Fritter with Cashew Dust & Agave Caramel
