TMZ reports, "officers tried to pull Criss over for speeding in Union City, [New Jersey] -- he was allegedly doing 55 in a 25 -- but Criss floored it once he heard the sirens ... driving 10 blocks through 4 red lights until finally coming to a stop."
"Once pulled over, Treach jumped out of his car and charged the police cruiser that was chasing him -- so cops drew their guns and ordered him back into the car."
Treach was immediately placed under arrest and that's when cops discovered that he had other warrants out for child support and traffic violations.
He was released on $15,000 bail on Friday.
